RayMex Wellness LLC is a psychiatric mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. Founded by Nnemeka Okpala, PMHNP-BC, APRN, our practice serves communities throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island through both in-person and telehealth appointments.
We specialize in ADHD evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults, psychiatric medication management, anxiety and depression treatment, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive psychiatric services. Our mission is to make quality psychiatric care accessible, inclusive, and effective for every patient.
As we grow, our vision is to expand into a multi-provider psychiatric and mental health group practice — increasing access to culturally responsive care across the region while maintaining the personalized, compassionate approach that defines RayMex Wellness.
