“Ive had a lot of different psychiatrists over the years all the same wanting to over medicate. This guy is so far from that, he is not like them. I was afraid of getting another psychiatrist until I met him. He's a good solid down to earth professional who Id say if you are like me and worried about being over medicated then this is the one. Just give them a chance. You wont regret it. Even does the test to see what meds would interact badly with your body which none have ever done for me before and he really cares about his clients. And I love that its a telehealth appointment so I can go in my pjs if I want to! Id give him 10 stars if I could. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“I've been working with Mex for the past five months, and it was such a blessing to be referred to him. He has a very grounded and calming presence, even just on the phone, and he is thoughtful in explaining his approach and the reasoning behind his decisions. I also appreciate his skill in working with the whole self, balancing the medical side of psychiatry with targeted conversations to figure out underlying issues, which I can then work on in talk therapy. The process of figuring out the right psych meds can be long and difficult, but with Mex it has also felt very human and collaborative. Having worked with a whole lot of mental health professionals in my years, I can earnestly say that he is uniquely good at what he does!
