Nnemeka Okpala, PMHNP-BC, APRN, is the Founder and Clinical Director of RayMex Wellness LLC. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, he brings extensive clinical expertise and a deep commitment to culturally responsive, evidence-based psychiatric care.

With a passion for addressing mental health disparities and serving diverse communities, Nnemeka founded RayMex Wellness to provide compassionate, accessible psychiatric care to patients throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

His clinical expertise spans the full spectrum of psychiatric conditions, with particular specialization in ADHD evaluation and treatment across all ages, medication management, anxiety and depressive disorders, trauma-informed care, and child and adolescent psychiatry.

Nnemeka's vision for RayMex Wellness extends beyond his individual practice. He is building a multi-provider psychiatric organization that will expand access to culturally responsive mental health care for communities across New England.
