Facebook & Instagram Data Deletion Instructions

RayMex Wellness LLC respects your privacy and provides a process for requesting deletion of data associated with your Facebook or Instagram connection.

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to a RayMex Wellness LLC service and would like data associated with that connection deleted, you may submit a deletion request to RayMex Wellness LLC.

How to request deletion

1. Contact RayMex Wellness LLC using the official contact method listed on this website (see the Contact page). You may call 617-419-0482 or email [email protected].
2. State that you are requesting a “Facebook/Instagram Data Deletion.”
3. Provide enough information for us to identify the applicable account or connection. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, Facebook or Instagram passwords, Social Security numbers, diagnoses, treatment or medication information, or any other unnecessary sensitive information.
4. After the request is verified, RayMex Wellness LLC will delete applicable data obtained or retained through the Meta integration, subject to any information that must be retained to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or record-retention obligations.

Information we may be required to retain

Where information must legally be retained, it will not be represented as immediately deleted. Any information that RayMex Wellness LLC is required or permitted to keep will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Please do not send clinical information here

This process is limited to data associated with a Facebook or Instagram connection. It is not a channel for transmitting protected health information, and Facebook and Instagram should not be used to send clinical or medical details. Requests concerning your medical records are handled separately — please see our Notice of Privacy Practices or contact us directly to discuss medical-record requests.
