Nnemeka Okpala, PMHNP-BC, APRN, is the Founder and Clinical Director of RayMex Wellness LLC. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she brings extensive clinical expertise and a deep commitment to culturally responsive, evidence-based psychiatric care.
With a passion for addressing mental health disparities and serving diverse communities, Nnemeka founded RayMex Wellness to provide compassionate, accessible psychiatric care to patients throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Board Certified
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Dual-State Licensed
Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, serving patients across both states.
